I just finished a one-hour session with Elizabeth and all I can say is WOW!!!  In my first half hour she connected with my nephew who had passed a year ago.  I never would have expected him to come through!  She gave such an accurate description of him, his appearance, his personality, and even the cause, circumstances, and his age at the time of his tragic death.  She conveyed his messages to me, and I cried with joy!

In my second half hour, I had placed two items in front of me that she did not know about.  One was from my father, and one was from my stepfather.  She was able to connect with BOTH of them!  When my hour was over, I felt so much lighter and happier!

My hour with Elizabeth was worth WAY more than what I paid.  I immediately connected with her.  Her genuineness and authenticity were quite evident.  I am still overwhelmed with appreciation and gratitude!  I am pleased to give Elizabeth Fried my very highest recommendation as a medium.

I recently lost my dear 25-year-old donkey Winston to cancer, and I was having a hard time accepting if I had made the right decision to let him go. Elizabeth was able to connect with his spirit, and disclosed several details about him that made me know it really was him. He told her his age and then showed her the number 5 (there were 5 donkeys in his herd). He also brought her attention to his mouth, and she heard the word “tobacco.” He died of oral cancer, and I knew immediately what those symbols were about. He was happy, pain free, and at peace and was grateful for me setting him free. This brought me a lot of peace and reassurance. I wish I had done a reading before he passed away–that would have given me a lot more confidence that he was ready to go. I  highly recommend Elizabeth, a medium “by choice” (vs. by birth). She has trained, practiced, developed, and honed her skills. I appreciated how she set clear expectations about how the session would flow and how she connects with spirit(s) and gets her evidence.

Throughout the session, Elizabeth provided several pieces of evidence that I could confirm or ask to explore further, and she welcomed my responses—whether it was yes, no, or even if I was unsure. I appreciated that she encouraged me to be honest (not be afraid to say no!), so we could dive deeper if something didn’t resonate right away.

Elizabeth connected with my cousin, who had passed away at a young age (early 30s). The evidence she provided made it unmistakable that we were speaking with her. My cousin’s message to “loosen up, girl” and take a leap felt like something she would have said in life—and it was timely for me, as I’m currently facing some difficult decisions where that advice is what I need right now. Elizabeth also mentioned how my cousin would tease me, good naturedly, and was also so positive and humorous– she could make me laugh like no one else, and I miss her.

The entire experience left me feeling deeply reassured that my cousin is still with me, looking down from heaven, offering her love and guidance. Elizabeth’s professionalism and the clarity with which she delivered these messages made this experience both comforting and empowering. Elizabeth brought through a man who mentioned the brand of candy, Bit O’ Honey, which he knew I liked and still like, which was amazing. She described him as slender built, around 5’10” to 5’11”, graying curly hair, and a man of few words. She felt he had passed between 65 to 75, but closer to 75. She said that he was mobile up to a certain point. (This was true.  He had Alzheimer’s in the end, and he ended up in a nursing home.) She said that she felt like he was part of the family, but that we weren’t very close–which was true at the beginning.  We were polite and casual with each other; but as time went on, we got closer. She felt like he had married someone in the family.  (He did–he was my mother’s second husband!)  He kept showing her his hands, which she said was her sign that he probably worked with his hands and was in the Navy.  (It was true.  Later, he worked in the coal mines, drove dump trucks, and school buses at the end of his career.)

As a shared memory, she could see all of us gathering outside under a picnic area with a lot of kids running around and a lot of people.  She felt at first it was a wedding and then she said when she moved out and saw a picnic canopy or shelter, she felt it might be a family reunion. (It was.  There were a lot of people from my mother’s family.)

She gave me a message from him, and he said he always appreciated me and that I was a spitfire.  He also said that if you wanted something done, have me do it–that I was very dependable. She said she saw him give me a salute (which is from his military service.) Finally, he said to never lose my go-getter ways.
